The splitting machine consists of two parts: a hydraulic power unit and a splitting gun. The ultra-high-pressure oil output from the pump station drives the cylinder to generate a huge driving force. After mechanical amplification, the splitting object can be split in a predetermined direction. The hydraulic station supplies 60Mpa hydraulic oil to the splitting gun. The splitting gun can generate tens of tons of thrust. The splitter pushes the blades to expand to both sides. The expansion force can reach hundreds of tons, thereby causing the object to split from the inside and separate. Splitting machines are mainly used for construction stone mining operations: secondary disintegration of large ores (metallic ores, non-metallic ores); partial and complete demolition operations of concrete components (cement pavements, machine tool foundations, bridges, and house components), which are in line with the traditional methods in the above fields. Compared with other operating methods, the splitting machine has a series of advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation, high operating efficiency, low cost, safety, energy saving, and energy saving management.
