I. Product overview
Synchronous lifting products mainly refer to synchronous lifting systems, the core components include synchronous lifting jacks, hydraulic pump stations, control systems and sensors. It can precisely control the synchronous movement of multiple lifting points, and plays a key role in many engineering fields, such as the overall lifting of large buildings, the installation and maintenance of Bridges, and the assembly of heavy equipment.
Two, the main components
- Synchronous lifting jack:
- The working principle is based on hydraulic transmission. The hydraulic oil is transported to the hydraulic cylinder of the jack under the action of the hydraulic pump, which pushes the piston and the ejector rod to rise, so as to achieve the ejector function. And through special design and high-precision machining, it can ensure that there is a good synchronization performance basis between multiple jacks.
- With a variety of specifications, it is possible to choose the right carrying capacity according to different load requirements, from a few tons to thousands of tons, to meet the lifting tasks from light to heavy.

Application field

1. Construction engineering
- Building overall jacking: For some buildings requiring overall displacement or renovation of the ground floor space, synchronous lifting technology can lift the entire building. For example, in the protection and migration of ancient buildings, by setting synchronous lifting jacks under the building foundation, the building can be smoothly lifted and moved to a new location or developed underground space at the original site without damaging the original structure of the building.
- Building correction: When the building tilts due to uneven settlement of the foundation and other reasons, synchronous lifting can be used to correct the building. The lifting equipment is placed on the side of the building where the settlement is less, and the building is gradually righted by precisely controlling the lifting force and displacement.
2. Bridge engineering
- Erection of prefabricated bridge beams: During the erection of prefabricated beams, synchronous lifting equipment is used to lift the prefabricated beams from the transport vehicles and accurately place them on the supports of the piers. Since prefabricated beams are usually heavier, synchronous lifting can ensure that multiple lifting points apply force at the same time, so that the beam body is in place smoothly and accurately, and avoid damage due to uneven force.
- Complete bridge jacking maintenance or renovation: For some Bridges that need to replace bridge supports, repair the substructure or undergo widening, the synchronous lifting system can be used to complete the bridge jacking. For example, the bridge support is replaced without interrupting the traffic, the bridge upper structure is lifted to a certain height by synchronous lifting jacks, and the bridge is lowered smoothly after the replacement of the support, minimizing the impact on traffic.
