Synchronous lifting jacks operate on the core principle of hydraulic transmission. It is equipped with precision hydraulic cylinder and piston assembly. When the hydraulic system is started, the hydraulic pump transfers the hydraulic oil with a certain pressure to the hydraulic cylinder of the jack through the high pressure tubing. The pressure of the hydraulic oil acts on the piston, forcing the piston to overcome the load gravity and move upward, driving the ejector rod connected with the piston to extend and achieve the lifting of the heavy object. At the same time, through the advanced electronic control system, the use of high-precision sensors to monitor the stroke, pressure and other key data of each jack in real time, once the lifting difference between different jacks is found, the hydraulic oil flow and pressure of the corresponding jack are automatically adjusted, so as to ensure that all jacks synchronously and smoothly lift heavy objects. Make the large structure or equipment always maintain a level and stable state during the lifting process.
(1) The structure of the new support should meet the design requirements and relevant industry regulations.
(2) The overall replacement of the support construction scheme should be calculated to determine the batch of replacement of the support, the displacement of the top and falling beams and the process.
(3) The temporary support of the lifting beam body should meet the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability.
(4) The lifting and falling of the beam should be carried out according to the design requirements.
(5) When the support is replaced, the deviation of the support should be checked according to the ambient temperature, and the construction should be selected under favorable temperature conditions.
