Splitting machine, also known as splitting machine, is a machine used for splitting materials, which is used in construction, decoration, engineering construction, ore mining. The splitter is composed of two parts: hydraulic power station and splitter gun. The splitter is driven by the ultra-high pressure oil output from the pump station to generate a huge driving force, and after mechanical amplification, the split object can be split in a predetermined direction. The hydraulic station supplies 60Mpa hydraulic oil to the splitting gun, which can produce dozens of tons of thrust, and the splitting machine promotes the expansion of the chip to both sides, and the expansion tension can reach hundreds of tons, so that the object is separated from the internal split.

Operation procedure
Drilling: Drilling holes into the material that needs to be split, the diameter and depth of the holes depending on the hardness and thickness of the material. For example, for rocks, it is common to drill holes with a diameter of 45mm and a depth of 700mm.
Install the splitter: Place the wedge of the splitter into the drilled hole, making sure that the arc of the wedge is facing the free surface.
Start the hydraulic power station: open the power supply of the hydraulic power station, adjust the reversing valve, so that the high-pressure oil enters the cylinder of the splitter.
Splitting process: When the pressure in the cylinder reaches a set value (usually 60MPa), the piston pushes the wedge to expand outwards, causing the material to split.
Recovery piston: After splitting is complete, adjust the reversing valve to release the pressure in the cylinder, withdraw the piston, and remove the splitter.
