Working Principle

First of all, check whether the jack is in good condition before use, including whether the oil is sufficient and whether the components are tightly connected.

During installation, the core jack is set on the prestressed tendons to ensure that the center of the jack coincides with the center of the prestressed tendons, and the position of the jack is fixed to prevent displacement during the work.

Connect the oil pump, connect the oil pump and the core jack through the tubing to ensure that the connection is firm and there is no oil leakage.

Operation oil pump starts to work. Parameters such as tension value should be set before tensioning. Start the oil pump, make the jack piston extend, and stretch the prestressed tendons. In the tensioning process, pay close attention to the value of the pressure gauge, when the specified tensile force is reached, stabilize the oil pump, maintain the pressure for a period of time, so that the prestressed tendons are fully tensioning.

After the tension is complete, slowly loosen the valve of the oil pump, let the jack piston retract, and remove the jack.

During the entire use process, strictly follow the instructions of the equipment to ensure safety.

In order to ensure the accuracy of tension, post tension jack should be matched with oil pump, pressure gauge and external high pressure hose to calibrate "oil pressure value - output force". In the calibration, the active working state of the jack shall prevail, and the classification shall be recorded. The average value of the three measurements shall be taken, and the chart shall be made as the basis for the tension.

 

Installation Instructions

Post tension jack
1. Put the steel strand through the reserved corridor of the structure, and require the exposed length of the steel wire bundle to be 200-250mm longer than the working length of the jack at the tension end. The steel strand must be cut with a book grinder without loose head or "rough head", so as to avoid perforation difficulties.
2.Cover the end of the wire bundle of the working anchor plate, and push it to the anchor plate, and fix it at the stop.
3. Install the anchor clip: before installing the clip, use the steel ring to tie each clip together, and then push it into the cone hole of the anchor plate along the steel strand, and push it by hand until it does not move.
4. Install limit plate: the limit plate is designed according to the working anchor plate and corresponds to the hole of the anchor plate.
5.Install the jack: first, the end of the steel strand bundle is bound with wire pin, then the jack can be hoisted up and worn on the steel bundle, and the jack front end cover support mouth is set outside the limit plate. At this time the jack can be coaxial in.
6.Install the tool anchor on the support port of the piston end.
