YB mud pump Description
The YB ceramic piston pump works like an orderly liquid "handling" journey. At the beginning of the work, the plunger moves backward under the push of the power mechanism, the inside of the pump chamber is like an expanding "pocket", the pressure is getting lower and lower, the liquid at the entrance seems to be pulled by an invisible hand, smoothly through the entrance check valve into the pump chamber.
After that, the plunger moves forward, the pump chamber this "pocket" gradually tightens, the liquid is squeezed, the pressure rises rapidly, when the pressure is enough to overcome the resistance of the outlet check valve, the outlet check valve opens, and the liquid is transported along the pipeline to the destination.
The ceramic plunger of the pump is made of high quality ceramic material with excellent high temperature resistance. Material and wear resistance
- Ceramic plunger durability: The plunger is made of high-performance ceramic materials such as alumina ceramic fired and finely ground, hardness up to HLC8.5 or above, surface roughness 0.4um, with extremely high wear resistance, can run stable for a long time.

Operating performance
- Stable and reliable operation: using hydraulic drive double cylinder double action design, low vibration and noise during operation, high working pressure and small pressure fluctuation, to ensure stable conveying flow and pressure, to provide stable material transportation for the production process.
Self-priming ability is strong: the plunger type vacuum method is used, and the self-priming capacity is about 4-8 meters, which can be effectively extracted and transported according to the specific gravity of the material.
