- Hydraulic pump station:
- As a power source for the entire system, providing high pressure hydraulic oil for the jack. It usually includes motor, oil pump, fuel tank, filter and other components. Working Principle

The working principle of synchronous lifting jack is based on hydraulic transmission and synchronous coordination mechanism. In the hydraulic transmission process, the hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic oil and transmits it to the hydraulic cylinder of the jack. In the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic oil exerts force on the piston, pushing the piston to move up along the cylinder, driving the ejector rod to lift the weight. The synchronous coordination mechanism is realized by intelligent control system and multiple high-precision sensors. Sensors are located throughout the jack to collect data such as position change, speed, pressure and so on. After the data is transmitted to the control system, the control system will adjust the hydraulic oil supply parameters of each jack to precisely control the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil, so that the lifting action of each jack can be synchronized if it is found that the lifting is not synchronized between the jacks. Installation Instructions

Installation steps:

- Location of the dock: port loading and unloading area, close to the berth, hard ground, easy for container lifting.
- Equipment approach: use forklift or gantry crane to carry the jack, check the appearance and performance when entering, and replace it in time if there is any problem.
- Combined installation: multiple jacks are combined and fixed with connectors to form a stable lifting array, with spacing according to the size of the container.
- Marine adaptation: Considering seawater corrosion, the surface of the equipment is coated with anti-corrosion paint, and regularly washed with fresh water.
Note:
- Efficient operation: Optimize the upgrading process, shorten the docking time of the ship, and improve the loading and unloading efficiency.
- Safety escort: Warning signs shall be set up in the loading and unloading area, and personnel shall follow the prescribed route and stay away from the lifting area.
