Working principle
The main components of the splitting rod include an oil cylinder, a piston, a power station and a high-pressure oil pipe. The power source is the hydraulic power station, which transmits high-pressure hydraulic oil to the splitting rod through the tubing, the oil pressure can reach 120Mpa, and the theoretical splitting force generated can reach 1200T25.
Working process
Preparation stage: First, you need to drill a suitable hole in the rock, the diameter of the hole is usually between 90mm and 180mm, and the depth is at least 800mm. Then, place the splitting rod into the drilled hole, making sure the piston is all in 3.
Starting stage: Start the hydraulic power station, control the tubing through the manual reversing valve, and start to inject high pressure oil into the splitting rod. When the hydraulic oil gauge shows that the pressure reaches 120Mpa, it means that the work has been completed.
Split stage: With the injection of high pressure oil, the piston begins to extend, producing a strong thrust on the hole wall, so that the rock surface appears split lines. This process can be completed in a few seconds and does not produce vibration, noise or dust-1.
End stage: When the rock is split open, reverse the manual valve to the opposite direction, so that the piston contract back to the initial state. Then, the splitting rod is manually removed from the split hole to complete a working cycle
