1.Synchronous strand jack
Synchronous strand jack is a new type of large component lifting equipment, mainly by lifting jack, hydraulic pump station, control system. 

1. Body: The body of the Synchronous strand jack usually consists of one or more hydraulic cylinders, which are used to generate the force required to apply the prestress.
2. Hydraulic system: Synchronous strand jack provides power through hydraulic system.
3. Piston rod: The piston rod of Synchronous strand jack is the part that connects the hydraulic cylinder to the prestressed member and transmits the liquid pressure to the object.
4. Support seat: Support seat is used to support and Synchronous strand jack to ensure that Synchronous strand jack can work stably.
5. Control system: Synchronous strand jack The most important thing is the control system. The control system can control all strand jacks to work simultaneously.
According to the hydraulic lifting equipment composed of different hydraulic pump stations, the lifting speed can be realized from 0 to 25 meters/hour. The system control adopts PLC (programmable logic controller of digital operation electronic system), and the synchronization accuracy of lifting and dropping is ±10mm.
