- Hydraulic pump station:
- As a power source for the entire system, providing high pressure hydraulic oil for the jack. It usually includes motor, oil pump, fuel tank, filter and other components. The motor drives the oil pump to operate, and the hydraulic oil in the tank is extracted and pressurized before being transported out.
- The output oil pressure and flow can be adjusted according to the actual engineering needs, and some advanced hydraulic pump stations also have the automatic adjustment function of pressure and flow to adapt to the complex and varied lifting conditions.
- Control system:
- This is the "brain" of the synchronous enhancement product. Data is collected through sensors installed at each lifting point, such as jack travel, speed, load pressure and other information.
- The collected data can be analyzed and processed in real time, and once the difference between different lifting points is found, the automatic command is issued to precisely adjust the hydraulic oil flow and pressure of each jack, thus ensuring that each lifting point moves in sync with the set requirements strictly. The system can also set a variety of lifting modes and parameters, which is convenient for users to flexibly configure according to the specific project.

 

Working Principle

1. Stowage calculation and stowage vehicle layout

In order to ensure the overall force and synchronous lifting of the one-hole bridge, the weight of the upper structure such as the bridge floor, middle beam, side beam and guardrail should first be calculated according to the design document, and then the load is loaded according to the principle of overall weight balance, usually the vehicle is evenly arranged and loaded to ensure the balance of the force during the lifting process.

1. Flat jack method
