The hydraulic cylinder, plug and core sleeve are connected together to drive the tool anchor to move to the left and pull. During the anchorage, under the condition of maintaining stable tension, the B nozzle will feed oil, the top pressure piston, the protective sleeve and the top pressure head will be connected to the left and forcefully press the anchor plug into the anchor ring.
