1. Scope of application
The technology is suitable for the overall lifting of the steel mast antenna of the TV tower, the overall lifting of the grid, roof, steel bridge and other components of the huge public works such as the stadium, swimming pool, hangar, theater, waiting (ship) room, the overall lifting of the main beam of the huge gantry crane, and the sliding of the steel roof truss (cover) of the main building of the airport terminal.
2. Methods and characteristics
Lifting method
At present, the method of "steel line suspension load, hydraulic lifting jack cluster, computer control synchronization" is used, which has the following two ways : pull-up (that is, lifting): the hydraulic lifting jack is set on the permanent column of the bearing structure, and the upper end of the suspended steel strand is fixed (anchoring) with the hydraulic lifting jack through the center. The lower end and the lifting member are connected together with the wrong anchor diagram with special tools, like "well table water lifting", and the hydraulic lifting jack holds the steel line to lift up, so as to lift the member to the installation height. This scheme is a pull-up lifting type. (2) Climbing type (climbing pole type): the upper end of the suspended steel line is fixed on the permanent structure (or foundation or temporary reinforcement facilities connected with the permanent object), the hydraulic lifting jack is set under the steel line (hydraulic lifting jack is connected to the component through the fault), like "monkey climbing pole", the hydraulic lifting jack holds the steel strand to climb up, This raises the component to the installation height. The climbing type is mostly suitable for the lifting of vertical components with high lifting height, general projection area and relatively light weight, such as TV tower steel mast antenna. Steel line bearing is not only a fairly economic bearing method, but also a high anchoring efficiency, and solves the construction technical problems required for long distance continuous lifting.
(2) With the help of the integrated working principle of machine, electricity and hydraulic, the lifting capacity can be configured in any combination according to the actual needs, coupled with the application of the prestressed misalignment technology that has been quite mature, so that the entire lifting process or a stop state is quite safe and reliable. (3) Computer-controlled synchronization can control the lift difference between lifting points with high precision, and it is not affected by the number of lifting points set and the load difference between lifting points. (4) It can make full use of the permanent structure or foundation in the use stage as the load-bearing column in the lifting stage, and strive to have a similar or consistent force on the load-bearing structure (column) in the construction stage and the use stage, thereby reducing the amount of reinforcement for the load-bearing structure in the lifting stage, and saving the installation of auxiliary columns (facilities) and the reinforcement cost for this purpose in the conventional construction. For the lifting of high gravity center vertical components (such as steel rod antennas), its weight (parts) can be minimized and construction costs can be saved.

Working principle
The upper clamp of the lifting jack is connected with the piston of the jack, the lower clamp is connected with the support foot of the lower part of the cylinder, and each hydraulic jack has 2 grippers. Each gripper includes a gripper cylinder, a gripper device plate, and a gripper screw to enable the device to open and close the gripper during on-load descent. Through the hydraulic pump station, pressure oil is supplied to the lifting jack, and the jack piston is pushed to extend and contract the cylinder. When the cylinder is extended, the upper gripper set at the top of the piston tightenes the bearing steel strand so that the lifting weight moves upward with it. The lower gripper connected to the cylinder tightenes the bearing steel strand to ensure that the lifting weight stays in the new position safely and reliably. The upper gripper set together at the top of the piston relaxes the load strand and the piston returns to prepare for the next stroke. When raised in place, the jack piston tightens the bearing steel strand with the upper gripper at the position of almost complete cylinder extension, the lower gripper relaxes the bearing steel strand, and the piston cylinder reduces the weight. In the position close to the completely reduced cylinder, the lower clamp clamp the bearing steel strand, the upper clamp relax the bearing steel strand, the piston no-load extension cylinder, in the almost completely extended cylinder, the upper clamp clamp again the bearing steel strand, the lower clamp relax the bearing steel strand, so the cycle until the lifting weight is accurately in the design position. The hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic jack and pump station is equipped with a hydraulic control check valve and a balance valve, which can lock the oil circuit in the event of sudden power failure and other emergencies, so that the lifting weight can be safely suspended at a fixed height.
