Working Principle

Synchronous lifting jacks mainly rely on hydraulic principle to achieve jacking operation and achieve synchronous effect. The hydraulic cylinder is filled with hydraulic oil, and when the hydraulic pump works, the high-pressure hydraulic oil is injected into a chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, making the pressure in the chamber rise. According to PASCAL's law, pressure is transmitted evenly through the liquid, which pushes the piston towards the other chamber, which in turn causes the ejector rod to extend. In terms of synchronization, specialized synchronization control systems play a key role. It monitors the working indicators of the jack in real time through the sensors installed in various parts of the jack, such as travel changes, pressure fluctuations, etc. Once there is a deviation between the working state of a jack and other jacks, the control system immediately adjusts the hydraulic oil supply of the jack, corrects the deviation by changing the flow rate and pressure of the hydraulic oil, and ensures that all jacks lift heavy objects simultaneously, which is particularly important in the overall lifting project of large building components.

Installation Instructions

Synchronous jacking system software jacking whole process:
1. Install hydraulic jacks and displacement detection and sensing equipment. The hydraulic jacks must be installed to ensure that the road surface is smooth, and the displacement sensor must be installed to ensure that the suspension cable is vertical.
2. According to the distribution of hydraulic jacks, install hydraulic hoses, connect each hydraulic jack in series, and then use hydraulic hose hydraulic press to lift the oil inlet and outlet of the sewage treatment plant.
3. Connect the switching power cable. Connect the main power cable to the sewage treatment plant. Then connect the displacement detection device and the displacement detection terminal on the hydraulic jacking sewage treatment plant to the control cable according to the reference point.
4. Before the same lifting, first check whether the reading of the displacement sensor is accurate. The field staff will pull out the displacement sensor rope, and whether the reading on the display is the same as the displacement value pulled out by the field rope.
5. After the fitting button is implemented before synchronous jacking, the hydraulic jack gradually rises. When the specific working pressure reaches the value of the fitting working pressure, the hydraulic jack automatically terminates the jacking. The default value of the fitting working pressure is: the best default value is about 50% of the specific load.
6. After fitting, first set the target displacement and press and hold the rise button. At this time, the hydraulic jack will automatically rise, and when it rises to the overall target displacement of the lock, it will automatically terminate.
